Number One Central Park in Leopardstown is a 179,543 sq ft office building that is currently under construction, with completion due in 2010. Designed by architects Henry J Nolan, the new offices will come with high specification and finishes throughout. The complex will be built around a central atrium and can be divided into two separate buildings of 89,771 sq ft each. Number One is the latest office building to added to the Central Park complex.
