- Bad Debt/Receivership/Work Out Situations: bringing our expertise to the Bank and Client to assist in resolution
- Provision of equity/'hurt money' to assist both the Bank and Client in respect of projects
- Management of distressed assets on behalf of the Bank and/or Client and utilising our wide range of professional partners including development management specialists, debt buyers, and niche property experts
- Assisting the Bank and the Client in restructuring debt
- Facilitation of banking meetings with clients and bringing our expertise to bear to assist clients in looking at their overall debt and property portfolios
- Developing workable solutions between clients and banks
