One of Ireland’s most successful financiers with over 10 years experience in property investment and development and the structuring and banking of real estate transactions. Directly involved in raising debt and equity of approx £3 Billion in that period. Funding experience ranges from financing the privatisation of an Irish quoted plc (property asset backed) to all types of property development and investment.
Co-founded D2 Private with David Arnold in 2005 and holds the position of CEO. Spent six years as Director at Quinlan Private, where she played a pivotal role in the company’s growth. Masters degree in Accounting from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business at University College Dublin, first class honours B.Comm degree from University College Galway. She joined KPMG in 1992 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. She joined GE Capital in 1995 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
